Kiss the Kids Christmas |
| |
In 2007, Al Yad along with Kiss FM placed displays in local businesses in seven different counties. Citizens took ornaments from the displays and purchased gifts for the child listed on the ornament. Those businesses who participated last year, have gladly said they would help again this year. |

Special events are held periodically to provide a stronger unity for foster/residential families and their communities. Ameri-Kid idol is one of those events. Children are able to express themselves musically and receive prizes for participating. In the past two years our judges have been Kristin Buehner, Globe-Gazette reporter, Linda Upmeyer, State Representative, Amanda Bean, DHS and Heather Steinert. |
